  1. FSNAVIGATOR LICENSE AGREEMENT

  3. Thank you for evaluating FSNavigator!
  4.  
  5. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software.
  6. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

  8. Until you register, FSNavigator will work in Trial Mode. This means that you will have full
  9. functionality but limited to 20 Flight Simulator sessions. To be able to see the map after
  10. 20 sessions you will need to buy a Registration Key.
  11.  
  12. * NON-REGISTERED VERSION
  13. You are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for
  14. 20 Flight Simulator sessions. After this a registration fee is required; see the FSNavigator
  15. Help menu or manual for registration.
  16.  
  17. * REGISTERED VERSION
  18. The registered version is licensed for unlimited use by the purchaser only. You may install
  19. the program on more then one computer that you own but only you may use FSNavigator
  20. with your license.
  21.  
  22. * DISTRIBUTION OF THE NON-REGISTERED VERSION
  23. Provided you verify that you are distributing the Non Registered Version you are
  24. hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Non Registered Version of this software
  25. and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original Non Registered
  26. Version to anyone; distribute the Non Registered Version of the software and
  27. documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means; and upload exact copies
  28. of the original Non Registered Version to any non commercial web site. There is no
  29. charge for any of the above.

  31. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such
  32. copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with
  33. other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.

  35. * GOVERNING LAW
  36. The German laws shall govern this agreement.

  38. * DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
  39. THE SOFTWARE IS FURNISHED "AS IS" AND IT DOES NOT COME FURNISHED
  40. WITH ANY GUARANTEE IMPLICIT OR EXPRESS. THE AUTHOR DECLINES EVERY
  41. RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTINGENT MALFUNCTIONS, DECELERATION OR
  42. ANY DRAWBACK THAT SHOULD ARISE, USING THIS SOFTWARE.

  44. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
  45. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
