  10. Complete Program Deleter (CPD) is a program designed to rid your hard
  11. disk of programs you do not want. Run CPD before installing a program
  12. on your hard disk, then run it again after the installation is
  13. complete. Any time after that, CPD will be able to totally erase the
  14. program from your disk. It will erase all files added you your hard
  15. drive during the installation, including invisible or write-protected
  16. files, regardless of where they were placed on the hard drive (such as
  17. \WINDOWS\SYSTEM or the root directory). It will also delete all
  18. subdirectories added to your disk during the installation. It will
  19. also reverse all changes made in your AUTOEXEC.BAT, CONFIG.SYS,
  20. WIN.INI, and SYSTEM.INI files during the installation process. CPD
  21. can uninstall programs that span more than one disk. For example,
  22. if you have your Windows directory on drive C and you install a
  23. Windows program on drive D, some of the files will go on drive D
  24. and some will be installed in the Windows directory on drive C.
  25. CPD completely uninstalls these programs. This program is great for
  26. people who like to experiment with shareware, since they add many
  27. programs to their hard drive and then remove them if they do not like
  28. the programs.
