- Real Tracker has been designed to be tracker, but for the moment it has no
- edit functions. But it works well as a module player, that's why I release
- this version.

- 1. What you need
- ----------------

- - PC with 80386 processor or better
- - VGA graphic card
- - Mouse
- - Sound Blaster, Sound Blaster Pro, Sound Blaster 16 or Gravis Ultrasound

- 2. How to use Real Tracker
- --------------------------

- 2.1 The control bar
- -------------------
- New : Clear the current module from memory
- Load : Open the load dialog box
- Save : Does not work for now
-
- Rewind and Forward : Go to previous/next pattern
- Stop : Stop the music
- Pause : Pause the music
- Play : Begin playing. If the music is stopped, it will
- start from the begining of the current pattern.
- Rep : Make the current pattern to be repeated

- 2.2 The main menu
- -----------------
- The main menu appears when the right mouse button is pressed and
- allows to open other windows.

- 2.3 The sound setup windows
- ---------------------------
- Stereo : toggle mono/stereo mode
- Hardware filter : toggle SB Pro filter

- Mixing freq : mixing frequency wished
- Real freq : mixing frequency really played by the sound card

- 2.4 The channel window
- ----------------------
- Each line display the state of a channel. The button turn the channel
- on/off. A double click on this button or a click with the right button
- turn the solo mode on/off.
- The fields display the current instrument, note, volume and command.
- The slider allows to view and to set the panning. The right mouse
- button display a menu to choose the surround, left, middle or right
- mode.

- 2.5 The scopes window
- ---------------------
- The display mode of theses scopes can be changed with a click on the
- right mode button.

- 3. Known bugs and limitations
- -----------------------------

- - ping-pong loops only works with a GUS
- - 16 bits samples are converted to 8 bits when using a SB
