  10.       driver of a driven Van der Pol oscillator: a) Adlers Equation
  11.       b) numerical results.
  12.       You can see the periodicly incomplete phase-locking. In the frequency
  13.       domain, this behavior produces a single-sided triangular spectrum
  14.       due to simultaneous amplitude- and frequency modulation.
  15.       The phenomenon is known as 'periodic pulling'. The oscillators
  16.       frequency is pulled periodicly to the driver frequency.
