  27. smallest size and best performance. Speed-sensitive routines take
  28. advantage of 32-bit CPUs, when available. Memory-intensive routines
  29. use the huge global heap for access to all extended and virtual
  30. memory. Turbo Pascal programmers can optionally link units directly
  31. into their executable files.
