  7. FMAN is a "Shareware Program" and is provided at no charge to the user for
  8. evaluation. Feel free to share it with your friends or colleagues, but please
  9. do not give it away altered or without its associated files. The essence of
  10. "user-supported" software is to provide personal computer users with quality
  11. software at reasonable prices, and yet to provide incentive for programmers
  12. to continue to develop new products. If you find the program useful, and find
  13. that you are continuing to use FMAN after a reasonable trial period, you must
  14. make a registration payment to the author. The registration fee will license
  15. ONE COPY for use on any ONE COMPUTER at any ONE TIME.

  19. Anyone distributing FMAN for any kind of remuneration must first contact
  20. Robert Lindsay Wells at the address above for authorization. This author-
  21. ization will be automatically granted to distributors recognized by the
  22. Association of Shareware Professionals (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines
  23. for shareware distributors, and such distributors may begin offering FMAN
  24. immediately. However, Robert Lindsay Wells must be advised so that the
  25. distributor can be kept up-to-date with the latest version of FMAN.

  30.           Version 1.1 - Fixed Bug in the Text Viewer. Improved the
  31.                         Handling of DOS Errors. FMAN Now Works on
  32.                         "Read Only" Drives (but the Directory Log
  33.                         Feature and Disk Operations are Disabled).

  38. When a new release of FMAN is issued, the files are archived for BBS and
  39. FTP distribution using the PKZIP format, and with archive filenames of the
  40. form FMAN11.ZIP (where the 11 represents the current version of FMAN). The
  41. following files are included in each shareware release of the program:

  43.             FMAN.EXE    The FMAN File Manager program.
  44.             FMAN.DOC    ASCII text file describing FMAN.
  45.             FMAN.TXT    This text file describing registration.
  46.             FMAN.ORD    Ready to print ASCII registration form.
  47.             README.EXE  A handy text viewer that can be used to read
  48.                         and print the DOC, TXT and ORD documentation
  49.                         files (there is a text viewer in FMAN also).

  53. Please remember that FMAN is not free software. As with all Shareware, each
  54. user is expected to purchase it after a reasonable trial period. The
  55. registration fee for FMAN is only $19, including shipping (please add $2
  56. shipping for international orders), for which you'll receive:

  59.      * An instruction sheet describing the features in FMAN.
