  12. General notes:
  13.     -   This is a major release because TbScan has been changed to
  14.         cope with the different platform viruses. Although most
  15.         changes are below the surface, a visible indication about
  16.         the kind of file TbScan processes is provided. The old
  17.         scanning algorithm indicators have been removed.
  18.  
  19.     -   We have added a new PGP key to our distribution archive,
  20.         ESaSS.PGP. It is recommended to add this key to your
  21.         keyring. If you want to send us viruses, we recommend
  22.         that you use this key to encrypt the files.

  26.     -   TbScan is now able to detect Windows95/NT viruses.
  27.  
  28.     -   Improved generic decryptor.
  29.  
  30.     -   TbScan now allows itself to be loaded in upper memory or
  31.         top of memory, without giving a false positive.

  33.     -   TbScan is now slightly faster
  34.  
  35.     -   Improved heuristics slightly to cause yet again less false
  36.         positives.

  38.     -   TbScan processes now 'XL?' (Microsoft Excel) files.

  40.     -   TbScan now displays the type of file it processes,
  41.         rather than the scan method it applies.

  43.     -   TbScan now searches for COM viruses in data files, (files
  44.         without an executable extension) if option 'allfiles' is
  45.         used, because some people are testing TbScan on non-executable
  46.         files (sic). Technically, those files should be searched for
  47.         macro viruses only. Performance of TbScan on non-executable
  48.         files can not be guaranteed.
