- Release Notes:
-
- CoolTalk WatchDog - wdog16.exe
- This is a program that monitors the network and watches for
- CoolTalk invitations from other CoolTalk users. When it sees
- an invitation it launches CoolTalk automatically. This way
- you don't need to have CoolTalk running all of the time.
-
- To use WatchDog, place an Icon in your STARTUP group.
- Watchdog usage: wdog16 x:\PATH\COOLTALK.EXE
- (parameter is the full path and name of the program to launch,
- which is always COOLTALK.EXE)
-
- For users who are not directly connected to a network:
- If you are not directly connected to a network it is
- recommended that you not use WatchDog. If you are not
- connected, the network drivers will ask you to log on
- each time Windows is restarted.
-
- Uninstall Problems:
- The uninstaller doesn't remove all INI settings that the
- installer created. Thus - a line in SYSTEM.INI is not
- removed by the uninstaller.
-
- [Drivers]
- msacm.isgsm610=isgsm610.dll
-
- After uninstalling CoolTalk, remove this line from SYSTEM.INI
