  3. CoolTalk WatchDog - wdog16.exe
  4.   This is a program that monitors the network and watches for
  5.   CoolTalk invitations from other CoolTalk users. When it sees
  6.   an invitation it launches CoolTalk automatically.  This way
  7.   you don't need to have CoolTalk running all of the time.

  9.   To use WatchDog, place an Icon in your STARTUP group.
  10.   Watchdog usage:  wdog16  x:\PATH\COOLTALK.EXE
  11.   (parameter is the full path and name of the program to launch,
  12.    which is always COOLTALK.EXE)

  14.   For users who are not directly connected to a network:
  15.     If you are not directly connected to a network it is 
  16.     recommended that you not use WatchDog.  If you are not
  17.     connected, the network drivers will ask you to log on
  18.     each time Windows is restarted.

  20. Uninstall Problems:
  21.   The uninstaller doesn't remove all INI settings that the 
  22.   installer created.  Thus - a line in SYSTEM.INI is not 
  23.   removed by the uninstaller.
