  3. Welcome to the Addraman Address Manager.  Thank you for choosing to evaluate
  4. our software.

  6. Introduction

  8. This software enables you to store the names, addresses and telephone numbers
  9. of all your friends, relatives, business contacts etc..
  10.  
  11. Locating addresses within your address book is simplicity itself and at the
  12. click of a button or small number of key strokes, the software will use your
  13. Modem to dial the telephone numbers for you.  
  14.  
  15. You can also print out all of the details held in your address book for any
  16. range of addresses.  The printed list is easy to read and can be used as your
  17. own personal phone book!

  19. Installation
  20. ~~~~~~~~~~~~
  21. You should have 4 files in this installation set.  These are:-
  22.  
  23.   1. README.1ST  - This file.
  24.   2. VENDOR.DOC  - Information of use to Shareware distributors.
  25.   3. FILE_ID.DIZ - Information file used by on-line services.
  26.   4. SETUP.EXE   - The installation program for the software.
  27.  
  28. To install the Addraman Address Manager, simply run the SETUP.EXE program
  29. and follow the on-screen prompts.  It is a standard Windows software
  30. installation program.

  32. Evaluation Term
  33. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  34. You are licensed to use this software, for evaluation purposes only, for a
  35. period of 30 days.  If you continue to use this software after that time, you
  36. are expected to register it by sending payment to Correllan Computing
  37. Services.

  39. Uninstalling
  40. ~~~~~~~~~~~~
  41. When your 30 day evaluation period expires, if you choose not to register the
  42. Addraman Address Manager, you can remove it from your system completely using
  43. the uninstall process.

  45.   Uninstalling from Windows 95.
  46.     Click on the Start button on the task bar and select Settings.  Select
  47.     Control Panel and then Add/Remove Programs.  Select Addraman Address
  48.     Manager from the list and then choose Automatic from the uninstall
  49.     options.

  51.   Uninstalling from Windows 3.x
  52.     Double-click on the Uninstall Addraman Address Manager icon in the
  53.     Program Manager Group that you chose to put the Addraman icon into when
  54.     you originally installed the software.  Select Automatic from the
  55.     uninstall options.

  57. NOTE: The uninstall process will not remove any data files (either Address
  58.       Book files, *.ABK, or INI files, *.INI) that you created during your
  59.       evaluation period.  Please delete these yourself should you choose not
  60.       to keep them for evaluation of future versions.
