  2. 1. Installation

  5. For this document we consider that your Delphi 2.0 is installed in the
  6. C:\DELPHI20 directory. Substitute the appropriate directory name.
  7.  
  8. A. Installing the component
  9. ---------------------------
  10. 1. Copy NNCOMP.DCU and NNCOMP.DCR to the directory where you keep your
  11.    components.
  12. 2. Install the component with the Component/Install menu command from Delphi.
  13.  
  14. B. Installing the Help file
  15. ---------------------------
  16. 1. Copy NNCOMP.KWF to C:\DELPHI20\HELP.
  17. 2. Copy NNCOMP.HLP to C:\DELPHI20\BIN.
  18. 3. Make a backup of C:\DELPHI20\BIN\DELPHI.HDX.
  19. 4. Run C:\DELPHI20\HELP\TOOLS\HELPINST.EXE and open C:\DELPHI20\BIN\DELPHI.HDX.
  20. 5. Choose Keywords/Add Keyword File and select NNCOMP.KWF.
  21. 6. Choose File/Save.

  28. The unregistered component runs only in the Delphi environment. By
  29. registering, you get a fully working version which you can use
  30. royalty-free in your applications. The registration fee is USD 29.
  31. The source code is not available. Registered users automatically get
  32. lifetime upgrades.

  79. GRANT OF LICENSE - Cygron grants you the right to use one copy of
  80. the enclosed Delphi 2.0 component (the "component") on any 
  81. compatible computer, provided that you use the component on only
  82. one computer at a time. You may distribute any application created
  83. using the component without paying any royalty fees to Cygron. You
  84. may not distribute the component or any component created as a
  85. descendant of this component.

  87. COPYRIGHT - The component is owned by Cygron and is protected by
  88. Hungarian copyright laws, international treaty provisions and all
  89. other applicable national laws. Therefore, you must treat the
  90. component like any other copyrighted material (e.g. a book) except
  91. that you may make copies of the component provided that you keep
  92. the original solely for backup and archiving purposes.

  94. OTHER RESTRICTIONS - You may not rent or lease the component,
  95. but you may transfer your rights under this license agreement
  96. on a permanent basis provided that you transfer all copies of
  97. the component and all accompanying materials, and the recipient 
  98. agrees to the terms of this agreement. Any transfer must include
  99. the most recent update and all prior versions. You may not alter,
  100. modify or adapt the component, including, but not limited to, 
  101. translating, decompiling, reverse engineering or disassembling.

  103. Cygron retains all rights not expressly granted. Nothing in this 
  104. agreement constitutes a waiver of Cygron's rights under the Hungarian 
  105. copyright laws or any other state law. This license and your right to
  106. use the software automatically terminate if you fail to comply with 
  107. any provision of this license agreement.
