  1.         SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  3. By installing this software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of
  4. the software license agreement set forth in this text. You are granted a non-exclusive 
  5. license to use the software and documentation according to the terms set forth in this 
  6. agreement. All ownership and copyright to the materials in this package, both software
  7. and documentation, remain exclusively with the author.

  9. The REGISTERED version of this software may not be sold or transferred to another
  10. party. You may not copy, reproduce, or transmit any part of the software or 
  11. documentation in any manner for any purpose whatsoever, except to make archival 
  12. copies as your protection against the loss of the software. Any archival copies 
  13. of this software and documentation must remain in  your sole possession, and may
  14. only be used to recover the software or documentation in the event of a loss.
