  34.   The Dynamic IP Utility is a small application that runs on your computer 
  35.   system. It sits and monitors one or more of your IP addresses. If your 
  36.   computer is given a new IP address by your ISP, the utility will send an 
  37.   email to you and any number of recipients to notify them of the change.
  38.  
  39.   This is useful for:
  40.   Accessing your computer from remote locations
  41.   Hosting a web site or other service from your home PC
  42.   Synchronizing databases and other files
  43.   and much more!
