  2. FREECARD lets you create customized, multimedia greeting cards on IBM PCs or
  3. compatible computers running Windows.  Your greeting cards can contain text,
  4. animated pictures, and sound (MIDI music and WAVE sound).

  6. You create the cards as executable files.  When you send them to another PC,
  7. they expand, are displayed, and then automatically clean up the files on the
  8. target PC.

  13. The FREECARD 1.0 is a freeware program.  You are free to make and distribute
  14. the greeting cards you created.  You also are free to copy and distribute the
  15. unaltered, complete FREECARD 1.0 packages.

  20. The graphic files (.BMP files) that come in this package are produced by 
  21. PC WholeWare.  You may use and distribute them in your greeting cards without 
  22. restrictions.  The music files (.MID files) are obtained from the public
  23. domain sources and may be freely distributed, also.

  25. To continue supporting the FREECARD program, we are setting up a library on our
  26. web site (http://www.pcww.com/index.html) where you can find additional 
  27. graphics and music to add to your cards.  To help this library grow, we 
  28. encourage you to contribute to it.

  72. The system requirements for running FREECARD or playing cards made by it:

  92. instructions to complete the uninstallation.

  97. The greeting cards made by FREECARD are powered by the SLIM SHOW interactive 
  98. multimedia engine.  SLIM SHOW is a full-featured, multimedia project maker that
  99. supports various multimedia components and a text-to-speech synthesizer.

  101. You can use SLIM SHOW to create presentations, advertisements, demo programs,
  102. greeting cards, story books, albums, multimedia resumes, and games, as well as
