  30. If you are installing the XingDVD Player Beta 1.0 for the first 
  31. time, run the setup.exe program and select the appropriate 
  32. choices.

  35. Known Limitations

  38. AutoPlay

  40. Certain titles may not play automatically upon selecting the Play 
  41. DVD command. To solve this, press the stop button and then the 
  42. play button.

  44. Audio Delay
  45. -----------
  46. Audio may play a little slow with audio cards that do not support 
  47. 48 kHz sample rates. To solve this, press stop. Then go to the 
  48. Properties/Settings dialog box, select the General Playback 
  49. Settings tab. Select the audio decoder filter, and click 
  50. Properties. Set the sample rate to Half, and click OK. Press play
  51. to restart with new audio decode setting. This setting is
  52. persistent.

  54. Position Slider

  56. Position slider does not always work with every title.

  58. Audio Volume

  60. The audio volume of the XingDVD application is a little lower than
  61. the windows volume. If the audio appears too low, adjust the 
  62. Windows volume.

  64. Capture

  66. Still capture is not yet implemented.

  68. Video Window

  70. Video window does not update when using the Fast Forward or Fast 
  71. Rewind buttons. Video is displayed when Fast Forward or Fast 
  72. Rewind mode is exited.

  74. Video Card Requirements

  76. Video card must support colorspace converting surfaces of 720x480.
