Transcription: Set aside for later use and into a bowl break two eggs. Beat the eggs lightly with a wire whisk or fork. Add two tablespoons of water and beat slightly to mix. Set this mixture aside. Add the chicken mixture to the soup. Stir and cook over medium heat until the chicken is tender. Pour the egg mixture lightly over the top of the boiling soup. Allow the egg mixture to cook slightly, then stir carefully. Add a half teaspoon of salt stir lightly until the egg is fully cooked.
