  1. Tcp4w (v2.01) - DLL/TCP/Windows/Winsock
  2. Tcp4w provides APIs which allows a simple use 
  3. of the TCP protocol. These APIs can be used 
  4. to develop client or server application.
  5. For instance, your app can create a socket, 
  6. and connect to the remote host "ftp.cica.edu"
  7. using the "ftp" service in a single call.
