\nmentioned as IDBA), which includes computer software and associated
\nmedia, and may include online or electronic documentation. By installing,
\ncopying, or otherwise using IDBA, you agree to be bound by the terms of
\nthis User Licence Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms
\nof this Agreement, you are not authorized to use IDBA.

\nIDBA is protected by copyright laws and international copyright
\ntreaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
\nIDBA is licensed, not sold.

\n1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This User Licence Agreement grants
\nyou the following rights:

\n--Use and Copy. Intranet 2001, Inc. grants to you the right to use
\ncopies of IDBA.
\n--You may download and make copies of IDBA for use on all computers.
\n--You may also make copies of IDBA for backup and archival purposes.
\n
\n2. RESTRICTIONS.
\n--You must maintain all copyright notices on all copies of IDBA.
\n--You may not distribute copies of IDBA to third parties.
\n--You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble
\nIDBA, except and only to the extent that such activity is
\nexpressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this
\nlimitation.
\n--You may not rent or lease IDBA.
\n--You may not re-distribute IDBA for profit.

\n3. Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights,
\nIntranet 2001, Inc. may terminate this User Licence Agreement
\nif you fail to comply with the terms and conditions stated
\nherein. In such event, you must destroy all copies of IDBA.

\n4. Software Transfer. You may permanently transfer all
\nof your rights under this User Licence Agreement, provided
\nthat you retain no copies, you transfer all of IDBA and the
\nrecepient agrees to the terms under this User Licence
\nAgreement.
\n
\n5. COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to IDBA and
\nany copies thereof are owned by Intranet 2001, Inc. or its
\nsuppliers. All title and intellectual property rights in and
\nto the content which may be accessed through use of IDBA is
\nthe property of the respective content owner and may be
\nprotected by applicable copyright or other intellectual
\nproperty laws and treaties.This User Licence Agreement grants
\nyou no rights to use such content.

\n6. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS.
\nThe SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS.
\nUse, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject
\nto restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of
\nthe Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at
\nDFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the
\nCommercial Computer Software Restricted Rights at
\n48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.

\n7. NO WARRANTY. ANY USE OF IDBA IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

\nAND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,
\nBUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
\nFITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

\n8. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM
\nEXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLELAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INTRANET
\n2001, INC. OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL,
\nINCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
\n(INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS
\nPROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION,
\nOR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR
\nINABILITY TO USE IDBA, EVEN IF INTRANET 2001, INC. HAS BEEN
\nADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
\nBECAUSE SOME STATES AND JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE
\n EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR
\nINCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

\n10. MISCELLANEOUS
\nThis User Licence Agreement is governed by the laws of the
\nState of Oregon, U.S.A.
