  5. WetSock brings current weather conditions and forecasts to your desktop.
  6.  
  7. The easiest way to have accurate and current weather information.
  8. Will not cost you toll or local call charges to your ISP, nor
  9. connect charges to internet.
  10.  
  11. A *MUST* for for everyone that ever gets out of their homes.
  12.  
  13. WetSock uses the integrated services of Windows 95 to connect to
  14. Internet and to update your weather information for your locale,
  15. making it foolproof to set-up and use.
  16.  
  17. WetSock will sleep in the background until you connect to Internet,
  18. and will then gather weather information. If you are already using Exchange 
  19. or some other software to connect and get your mail periodically, WetSock
  20. will update the weather everytime you connect automatically, without costing
  21. you a call.
  22. Optionally, you can set WetSock to connect to Internet periodically,
  23. if you wish.

  25. This program *requires* Windows 95, and an Internet connection using
  26. the Dial-Up-Networking services or a direct connection.

  28. TO UPGRADE:
  29. First, exit WetSock.
  30. Through control panel Add/Remove Programs applet, first, remove (uninstall)
  31. WetSock, then proceed with installation instructions.
  32. If you forget to remove first, or choose not to, you will have to select
  33. a weather server from the new list for the new options to take effect.

  35. TO INSTALL:
  36. Unzip the contents to a temporary directory, then using the Explorer,
  37. right-click on wetsock.inf (Setup Information File), and choose "Install"
  38. from the popup menu.

  40. When you run WetSock for the first time, it will bring up the setup
  41. dialog. Later, right click on the WetSock icon to open the setup dialog.

  43. TO USE:
  44. Left click on the weather icon on your taskbar tray for weather details.
  45.
