Saving Your Work
SAVING YOUR WORK
Your work is saved automatically in Achieving Your Career except in the editable versions of your resumes and letters created in Windows Write.
When working on your resumes and letters, be sure to save your work. You will be reminded by a dialog box if you try to exit without saving first.
Backing up your work.
You should make a backup copy of your files periodically to protect against hard drive failure. Save all files you have worked in by copying or creating duplicates in a separate folder outside your Achieving folder.
You do not need to back up the Sounds folder.
IMPORTANT
Do not change the names of files in the working version Achieving folder. Do not add files with new names or variations of names. Any backups you make should be placed outside the Achieving folder. This is important as otherwise the program will be confused when it looks to activate a given tool.
