  7. The Setup program (Windows only) on the disc doesn't run properly or files on the CD-ROM cannot be accessed:

  9. The usual cause of this is a damaged disc. You can contact us to get a  replacement disc (contact information is at the end of this file). Of course, before you contact us, try-try-again. Also, clean the CD-ROM
  10. properly if a program won't run, it's possible that the disc is dirty.
