  4. This program allows you to specify for each PostScript printer defined in
  5. Windows whether it shall produce a leading Ctrl-D in the printer data stream
  6. or not.

  8. Installation:

  11. Copy PSCTRLD.EXE to any directory you find appropriate and insert it into
  12. a Program Manager group.
  13.  
  14. Running the program:
  15. ====================

  17. Start the program by double-clicking on its icon in Program Manager. You then
  18. get a dialog that contains a list box with all defined PS printers (those that
  19. are controlled through PSCRIPT.DRV). By selecting a printer in the list box you
  20. can determine from the state of the "Ctrl-D Enabled" check box if Ctrl-D
  21. generation is enabled for this printer or not. You can either change the state
  22. for individual printers by selecting them and toggling the check box as
  23. wanted, or enable or disable Ctrl-D generation for all printers through the
  24. corresponding buttons on the right. When you press the Save button, you make
  25. your changes permanent.

  49. donations are always accepted. If you redistribute this program (either by
