You can maintain the categories from Menu->Cd->Categories
You can add new categories by using the right click while in tree view panel
You can add comments to any file, directory or container, You can serach these comments later to find a specfic file
You can drag and drop and CD or folder container between category groups
You can delete a CD by hitting [Del] while a cd is highlighted, or by right clicking the CD and then selecting [Delete CD]
You can serach for any file by either the file name, file path or inserted comments
Regularly use the compact data to compact your data files, you can get there from Menu->File->Compact Data
You can make backup copies of your data files through Menu->File->Backup Data
You can add comments to a file, a directory or a folder, by highlighting the appropriate item, then right clicking and selecting [Properties], or you can use a short cut key [F10]
To rename a CD, a container or a category use the [F2] function key, or right click and select rename
You can change the icon of a cetgory group by right clicking the category and selecting properties, then you can select a different icon
