  54.    Netscape Communicator Professional Edition Preview Release 5 is shipped in
  55.    a full package that includes plug-ins.

  57.    To run the 16-bit Communicator, you MUST have a 16-bit TCP/IP stack.
  58.    You can get 16-bit TCP/IP software from third-party vendors, such as
  59.    Trumpet Software and Ftp Software.

  61.    To obtain a copy of Netscape Communicator Professional Edition, download one 
  62.    of the self-extracting executable files into a temporary directory.

  64.       For 16-bit : p16e40b5.exe

  66.    Just double-click on the self-extracting file
  67.    to start the installation process automatically.

  69. * The Netscape Audio Plug-in will only work if you have a sound
  70.   card installed and configured properly.  It will not work
  71.   with the PC speaker driver. Please check your sound card manual

  85. What do I need to run Netscape Communicator?

  87. There are two requirements for Netscape Communicator Professional Edition:

  89.     1. A direct Ethernet connection to the network (providing intranet or 
  90.        Internet access), or a dial-up SLIP or PPP account from an Internet 
  91.        service provider.
  92.  
  93.     2. TCP/IP stack.
  94.  
  95. You can get a direct connection to the Internet through a service
  96. provider in your area.  Your network administrator can help
  97. you connect to your intranet. Your service provider or your network
  98. administrator can also provide you with a SLIP or a PPP
  99. account.
