auto list. Feel free to browse through the types of vehicle
which interest you, and then come into the showroom to
discuss particulars.

~Anderson Automobiles History

Anderson Automobiles was established in 1987 by Rodney
Anderson, who formerly worked for the Star Vehicle Auction
Group. Every vehicle supplied by Anderson Automobiles is
provided with a one year parts and labour warranty against
mechanical failure, underwritten by a large insurance
company.

Mr Anderson personally purchases all the vehicles for
Anderson Automobiles and each must pass a stringent 80 point
check before being allowed onto the forecourt. All vehicles
are supplied with six months road fund license, and where
applicable, twelve months MOT.

@Superminis
~Superminis - small cars ideally suited for shopping and city

1986 (D) Ford Fiesta 1.1GL. This splendid example is
finished in Royal Blue and has covered just 46,000 miles
since new with one owner. Equipped with eyecatching sports
long range driving lights, this model is offered at £2295.

1989 (G) Mazda 121 Sunstripe. An unusual example of the
mini-Mazda complete with full length canvas room and
electric windows. Under 16,000 miles with two owners, this
vehicle is finished with Rose Metallic coachwork and colour
coded body kit. £3495. (5 Door)

1988 (E) Mini City. With all the normal Mini features, this
1000cc City is an ideal starter or second car. Having
covered 4,000 miles with two owners (originally registered
as a Demonstration vehicle) and finished in Burgundy this

1991 (J) Yugo Tempo 1.3GLX. This top-of-the-range sports
hatch has all the features necessary to pull the crowds!
With a 1300cc 75BHP engine, full body styling accessories,
alloy wheels and long range driving lamps the Yugo provides
a surprising amount of car for your cash! Just 11,000 miles
since new, and offered at £1695. (3 Door)

@Small Family Cars
~Small Family Cars - Ideal for the younger family.

1992 (K) Ford Escort 1.6LX. A fine example of this ever
popular vehicle, finished in Gold Metallic. All usual extras
and having covered just 9,500 miles since new with one
owner, you cannot go wrong at £6595. (5 Door)

1989 (F) Proton 1.3GL. A pleasant example of the popular
budget Mitsubishi model, with one owner and 34,000 miles.
Finished in Red (over full galvanised body) and with full
service history, this popular model can be yours for £3895.

1988 (E) Vauxhall Astra 1.1 Merit. A low power, cheap to
insure model of the favourite Astra. Finished in pale green
with contrasting trim and having covered 36,000 with two
lady owners, £2895 is a very reasonable price for such a
fine example. (3 Door)

1989 (G) Lada Samara 1500SLX. This "GTi" of the Lada range
is finished in dazzling Red, complete with full body
accessories and colour coded bumpers, sunroof and sports
trim. 42,000 miles with one owner and full service history
prove that these cars are light years ahead of the older
Riva! The best looking G-reg you'll get for £2495! (5 Door)

1986 (C) Ford Escort 1.3GL. A low mileage example of the
facelifted Escort, in very good condition for the year.
Finished in dark blue with dark lower panelwork, this
stunner could easily pass for a later car with a
personalised plate! One owner, £1995. (3 Door)

@Large Family Cars
~Large Family Cars - Ideally suited for all family purposes

1990 (G) Ford Sierra Sapphire 2.0GLX. An excellent up market
example of the larger Ford, complete with Full Service
History and mileage of 31,000. Finished in Azure Silver
Metallic with contrasting red bumper inserts, this capable,
popular saloon can be yours for £4895.

1988 (F) Vauxhall Cavalier 1.6L. This desirable last of the
old style Cavalier is finished in Metallic Blue with velour
interior. 36,000 miles and two owners later, you can drive
away in this grand example for just £3695.

1989 (F) Vauxhall Cavalier 1.6L. A new style example
finished in Burgundy with 43,000 miles and Full Service
History, this Cavalier has had one owner from new and is
offered at £3995.

1992 (K) Ford Granada 2.9i Scorpio. This top of the range
executive flagship has covered just 14,000 miles since new
and is supplied with all the usual extras, plus full leather
interior. In immaculate condition, this vehicle offers a
great saving over the new cost at just £17,800.

1983 (A) Vauxhall Carlton 3.0GL. Although older than the
average car on our forecourt, this Carlton has covered just
17,000 miles since new with one owner and is in showroom
condition due to yearly Waxoyl treatment. Space and
refinement for £2295.

Due to a recent surge in demand, we currently have no
examples of these vehicles in stock.

@Bargain Basement
~Bargain Basement - Motoring on a minimal budget

These vehicles are not supplied with warranty and are SOLD
AS SEEN. All vehicles unless otherwise stated hold a current
MOT certificate.

1979 (T) Renault Five "Le Car". Cheap to insure, cheap to
run and having covered only 54,000 miles. This example has
above average bodywork for year and can be in your driveway
for just £250. (5 Door)

1982 (Y) Ford Cortina Crusader 1.6L. The last of the popular
Cortina has all the features of the popular GHIA model at a
bargain price. 78,000 miles with recon engine at 64,000, a
popular family car for £395. (4 Door)

1987 (E) Lada Riva 1200L. A good solid motor finished in
Molotov Beige. If you can stand the jokes, you'll appreciate
the low (17,000) mileage and pristine interior. The Russians
go crazy for them, especially at £450. (4 Door)

1988 (E) Lada Riva 1500L Estate. 65,000 miles and in need of
attention to wheel arches and front wings, this otherwise
heavyweight car with Full Service History is offered at
£325. (5 Door)

1982 (A) Lada Riva 1300L (Yes another!). No MOT, Spares or
repair, £75. (4 Door)

1988 (F) FSO Polonez Prima 1.5SEG. A large family car based
on Fiat mechanicals, 1950's mechanicals , offered at £749.

1984 (B) Austin Montego 1.6GL. An average example, we've
definitely seen worse, but with 78,000 miles and with tatty
coachwork this can be yours for £695. (4 Door)

1985 (C) Ford Orion 1.3GL. Higher than average mileage on
this pre-facelift Escort-saloon means that it can be yours
for £895. (4 Door)

~Financing your purchase

In addition to regular cash payments, we offer a range of
payment facilities, available on all vehicles with the
exception of Bargain Basement motors.

~12 Months at 0% Interest

By giving you less of a trade in on your old car, or less of
a discount if you're not giving us the chance to insult your
current P&J, we can offer excellent 0% interest facilities.
Just ask your saleman for this and he'll jump (he's getting
a 5% commission, you see).

~3 Cheques

By providing us with three cheques, one for 75% of the cost
of the car to be paid in immediately, one for 20% and one
for the further 10%, each dated one month apart, we'll be
happy to give you a great deal! Great for us, that is,
because the car's only worth the 75% of it's screen price
anyway, and we'd have gone down to that if you'd bargained
enough.

@Insurance
~Special insurance rates for Anderson customers

As a special Anderson customer, we're sure that our alliance
with Con-U-Rite Insurance Underwriters will provide you with
peace of mind, plus another good commission for our
salesmen!

Con-U-Rite GUARANTEES that you can get a cheaper, better
quote from your high street insurance broker, but by selling
you the insurance with the car, you've little chance to
check! In addition, Con-U-Rite use only stolen insurance
certificates, guaranteeing that in the likely event of an
accident (you *have* seen our stock?) your insurance will be
null and void, but at least the Police will tow your car
away for free.

@After Sales
~Amazing After Sales Service at Anderson's

At Anderson Automobiles, we're keen to keep your car running
at the peak of perfection. As a result of massive
consultation with existing customers (we asked the bloke who
brought his Montego in the other day) we've drawn up a
Motorists Charter - which we'll fully intend to
adhere to in coming months.

~The Motorists Charter

We endeavour to ensure that should you bring your car in for
a minor repair, at least one major part of the vehicle -
always one that's outside the warranty cover - will by
chance have failed whilst we were working on it. This will
be replaced with a factory fresh part, and we'll only charge
you for the part, labour x2 and the cost for a courier to
bring it direct from the factory.

We also guarantee that, when you ask for your car to
be ready by 1pm, not only do we ensure that we our
telephone is engaged until 5:15, but also that when you
eventually arrive to pick up the car, it'll be ready
within the hour.

We also offer a full Visual Service. The Visual Service
ensures that you're car looks great, even if the underlying
metal is held together by filler. We will give your engine
a full steam clean (ensuring that we fill up the carb with
condensation) and get wax all over your windscreen. As a
finishing touch, a small yet annoying dent will appear in
the front wing, which can only be seen in good light.
Noting this fact, we'll ensure that your vehicle is ready
around dusk.
