  1.         COLONIZATION EDITOR FOR WINDOWS

  4. This is an editor for colonization. It is a windows program, so presents
  5. a graphical view of the map as in the game. Currently it only allows the
  6. map, tax rate are funds to be modified, and you cannot edit specials. It
  7. also has (internally) other information such peice types and positions etc.
  8. but does not currently allow them to be modified. However it does allow
  9. the map to be discovered, a very usefull feature. This is a very basic
  10. version and when I get time I will improve it!

  12. It has been used for a while now and it seems to work, but I do not
  13. make any promises or take responsibility! It does however let you do silly
  14. things like remove land from under a city, put a mountain under a city and
  15. other things like that. When you alter a piece of terrain it makes the
  16. required changes to the terrain, so for example if you put a mountain on
  17. a square it unploughs it if necessary. However, it does not check for cities
  18. etc.
