  1. Recon version 1.0 for Windows95

  4.     This is a small 32 bit program that fills a great gap in the 
  5. dial-up networking provided in Windows95. The purpose is to redial a 
  6. connection that is lost due to the line disconnecting. This is accomplished
  7. by polling the open windows for one titled "Reestablish Connection"
  8. and when it sees the window it presses the button titled "Reconnect..."
  9. and redials your connection.

  11. All you have to do is out this in your startup group and let it go, as there
  12. is no noticible effect on the system. The only 2 options are to hit the
  13. reconnect button and to have it execute a batch file when it dials. This 
  14. batch file executes imediately (this will be changed in a later version
  15. to wait 30seconds).
