  1. AUTORUN is aimed at developers distributing 
  2. files on CD-ROM for Windows 95. In 
  3. conjunction with AUTORUN.INF and 
  4. AUTORUN.GIT, it controls what happens when a 
  5. user inserts your CD-ROM in the drive. If a 
  6. special DAT file is absent in the user's 
  7. \WINDOWS\SYSTEM (or equivalent) directory, 
  8. then your SETUP program installs your 
  9. application. If the DAT file is present, 
  10. then your application runs. Your SETUP 
  11. program should create the DAT file - your 
  12. Uninstaller delete it.
