  4.      INSTALLATION

  6.      Insert the NutriGenie diskette into drive A: or B:.
  7.      From the Windows File Manager, run the 'setup.exe' program on the 
  8.      diskette. 
  9.      Setup will copy all needed files to a directory on your hard drive 
  10.      and create a Program Manager's group for this application.
  11.

  13.      NOTE: To reduce the download time, this special edition does NOT have
  14.      the setup utility mentioned above.
  15.      After unzipping all files into a directory, please create icons for 
  16.      the appropriate .exe, .hlp, userfood.txt and readme.txt files.

  20.      save a lot of time and discover many interesting utilities.
  21.      To obtain a hard copy of any topics in the help file, please select the
  22.      'Print topic' command from the 'File' pull-down menu while running the
