  7.          O.k., this is prolly the last upload of this model that I will
  8.          do before the initial release of Al|EN QUAKE, which hopefully 
  9.          will be about Mid-Winter.  This version is more polished, and
  10.          the wireframes have been further modified for a better appearance.
  11.          The feet are now feet and not hooves, the long portion of the 
  12.          head stays properly shaped when he attacks, etc...Also the skin
  13.          graphics have been made a little smoother and nicer.

  15.          Thanks to everyone who have asked about this project, and especially to
  16.          those looking to contribute stuff - I definitely will be taking 
  17.          up many of those offers, as soon as I get the basic graphics 
  18.          engine in place.  I also have completed a baby alien and am putting  
  19.          the finishing touches on some weapons too, and have converted a 
  20.          few levels from Alien-Invasion (Doom2) to Quake.  All I can say 
  21.          now is that it blows away the Doom version in every way....

  23.          Also....I am looking for an inexpensive(or free!) editor for 
  24.          wireframes that can handle .raw or .dxf style files.  Right now
  25.          I am using Breeze 2.0, which is very, very sloooow, and you can't
  26.          rotate the objects around easily to really see what you are doing.
  27.          It works - but it is really trying my patience.  Plus it doesn't 
  28.          appear to be easy to create polygon stuff from scratch...I may 
  29.          just suck it up and buy 3d Studio, but if there is something 
  30.          cheaper that can do a good job then I am all ears....
