  17.            Please send order form with payment to DCF Software. The
  18.            following payment methods are accepted.

  20.            a. Checks in US funds drawn on a US bank.
  21.  
  22.            b. Eurocheque. Payment must be in US dollars. Please add
  23.           additional six US dollars to cover bank charge.
  24.  
  25.            c. Money order issued by banks, post office or American
  26.           Express. Payment must be in US dollars.
  27.  
  28.            d. Credit card (VISA or Master Card.) Products must be
  29.           mailed to the same person (card holder.)
  30.  
  31.            Payment by cash is discouraged as the author can not be
  32.            responsible for any loss in the mail. It happened twice that
  33.            the author couldn't find any payment in the envelope while
  34.            users said they did enclose cash. When this happens products
  35.            will NOT be mailed!
