  5. Reading this document before you install the software is highly recommended, 
  6. this can avoid potential issues and fix the problem you may have.

  9. ### Avoid Installation Failure ###

  12. The installer program of Smartphone needs to create a temporary 
  13. file during the installation, therefore the installer will fail to continue 
  14. if you start it from a "Read-only" media or network zone, here are some 
  15. scenarios causing this problem:
  16.  - Start the installer from CD-ROM, or read-only storage drive.
  17.  - Start the installer from network without "Netwotk Writing Permission".
  18. The most secure way to install the software is to keep/copy the installer 
  19. program in your local hard drive and start it.

  23. ### Game Loading Very Slow ###

  26. Make sure if you have shut down all background programs. To do
  27. this, go to "Setting\System\Memory\Running Programs", then stop all programs you
  28. are not using.
  29. Loading process will also be slow if you install the game on a slow storage 
  30. card. You can try to install the game in main memory if possible to expedite
  31. the loading processing.
