  1. How to add File Transfer to Person to Person/2 on OS/2 Warp

  5. 1.  Copy the following files in the os2utils\p2p directory on
  6.     the CD-ROM to C:\P2P
  7.  
  8.        DLPFTCTL.EXE
  9.        DLPFTRCV.EXE
  10.        DLPFTSND.EXE
  11.        DLPFTFER.HLP
  12.        DLPINST.SCR
  13.  
  14.     Note, the dlpinst.scr file above should be used to replace the
  15.     existing dlpinst.scr file. The other files above are 'new'.

  18. 2.  Run the install program (DLPINST.EXE). To do this, change to the C:\P2P
  19.     directory, and type:

  21.        DLPINST
  22.  
  23.  
  24. 3.  Respond to the prompts as follows:

  26.        Select Install
  27.        Select KEEP existing Configuration
  28.        Select CONTINUE on prompt for Communications Configuration
  29.        Select CONTINUE on prompt for Video Configuration
  30.        Select CONTINUE on prompt for Personal Configuration
  31.        Select YES      on prompt for Add P2P Folder to desktop.

  34. 4.  File Transfer should now be operational.
