Transcription: I manage the desktop applications group in the UK, most importantly Microsoft Office, the most successful business software in the UK. The most important part of that role is to ensure that Microsoft Office meets the ongoing needs of our customers and to ensure that we deliver a product that satisfies those customer needs. In doing so, I'm talking to customers, I'm talking to the press, and I'm managing that life cycle for the UK market.
