  2. Use a web browser to read the "Instructions-2.0.html" file.

  4. NavEx is NOT shipped with a help file.  If you're confused,
  5. you'll have to re-read the Instructions and take a good 
  6. guess.  A help file is in the works, but was not ready in
  7. time for the 2.0 release on March 10, 1997.
