  13. Omniquad Outlines is a management tool allowing you to define the boundaries and general
  14. rules for use of the computer and Internet.  The flexible program will let you configure
  15. individual outlines for each user for virtually any activity.  The limitation and
  16. recording options lets you not only control actions performed, but are also excellent
  17. answers to time management issues such as keeping track of the time spent per activity.
  18. An alternative of automatic billing for time spent on chosen tasks is also available
  19. together with customization of warning messages and action to be take if users
  20. exceed their set limits.  Outlines includes several network management features.
