BY INSTALLING, LOADING OR USING THE SOFTWARE YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THE TERMS OF THIS LICENCE AGREEMENT AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THEM. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE AND PROMPTLY REMOVE IT FROM YOUR COMPUTER.
1. F1 Computer System Ltd, as Licencor, grants to you, the Licencee, a non-exclusive right to use this software program (hereinafter the "Software") in accordance with the terms contained in this licence.
2. F1 Computer System Ltd retains the copyright, title and ownership of the SOFTWARE and the written materials regardless of the form or media in or on which the original and other copies may exist.
3. This Licence will terminate automatically without notice from F1 Computer System Ltd if you fail to comply with any provision of this Licence. Upon termination you shall destroy the written materials and all copies of the SOFTWARE, including modified copies, if any.
4. This SOFTWARE and accompanying documentation (including instructions for use) are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, further, F1 Computer System Ltd does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the use, or the results of use, of the SOFTWARE or documentation in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, currentness, or otherwise. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the SOFTWARE is assumed by you. If the SOFTWARE or written materials are defective you, and not F1 Computer System Ltd, assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.
5. The above is the only warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, that is made by F1 Computer System Ltd. No oral or written information or advice given by F1 Computer System Ltd, shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty and you may not rely on any such information or advice.
6. Neither F1 Computer System Ltd nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production or delivery of this product shall be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, and the like) arising out of the use or inability to use such product even if F1 Computer System Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. In no event will F1 Computer System Ltd liability for any damages to you or any other person exceed the amount paid for the licence to use the SOFTWARE.
8. This licence shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and shall benefit F1 Computer System Ltd, Its successors and assigns.
