  10. Program Sounds is a custom sound event manager for any Windows 95 program. The wizard helps you to create a new sound event, allowing you to assign ANY sound file to ANY event happening in ANY program.

  12. It is simple to set up a new sound event - just do what the wizard says! If you would like to change a sound or delete a sound from an event, you can go into "Sounds" under Control Panel, and all new sound events are listed there.
