This database shares the same format as your Notes Personal Address Book. As such, it can be used to contain a variety of information about the people, companies, locations, and server computers with which you communicate. However, the primary purpose of this database is to provide commonly used certificates for internet certifiers.

About Internet Certifiers
Basic
Welcome to the Notes Internet Certifiers database. This database is designed to provide certificates for a set of commonly used internet certifiers. You may need internet certifier certificates if you will exchange encrypted mail with persons outside your Notes environment, or if you will access protected internet web pales. Although internet certifier certificates are generally available for download from internet certificate authorities, this database may save you time and energy by providing some certificates that may be useful to you.
To enable Notes' use of an internet certifier certificate, you may create an internet cross certificate to store in your Personal Address Book. An internet cross certificate for a certifier declares your trust of the internet certifier and trust in certificates issued by tle internet certifier. A cross certificate in your Personal Address Book can then be used by Notes mail and by the Notes web browser for protecting data.
Choose "Using This Database" in the Help menu for suggestions on tailoring this database for your personal use.

Using Notes Direct Dialup
This configures Notes to connect directly to a Domino server over a phone line using the Notes dialup protocol. Connections are made by default to a passthru server, which will connect you to the destination server.
If you wish to have Notes dial a Domino server directly, rather than using passthru server, you can do this by creating a connection document. To do this, click the Add Connection button in the Connections view of your Personal Address Book. You can get to this view by clicking Connections under Advanced in the left pane of your screen.
Please enter numbers for
