  4. MEDIA RUNTIME END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR MICROSOFT SOFTWARE

  6. The following files are considered "Redistributable Software":

  8.    DXMedia.exe - Microsoft DirectX Media Runtime
  9.    DXTXtra.exe - Optional Transforms
  10.    MPFull.exe - Microsoft Windows Media Player
  11.    MPStd.exe - Microsoft Windows Media Player
  12.    MPMin.exe - Microsoft Windows Media Player
  13.    MPIE4Ful.exe - Microsoft Windows Media Player
  14.    MPIE4Std.exe - Microsoft Windows Media Player
  15.    MPIE4Min.exe - Microsoft Windows Media Player
  16.    DXM6ptch - Patch for DirectX Media 6.0 Runtime*

  18. Any one or more of the above files may be separately distributed 
  19. for use in conjunction with your Application (such as on your Web 
  20. site or as an update to your Application) as long as they are true 
  21. and correct copies, including all copyright and trademark notices.

  23. *Redistribution of the DirectX Media 6.0 Patch (DXM6ptch.exe) 
  24. with your application is subject to the following additional terms:

  26. If you install this patch from your application, you must 
  27. install the DirectX Media 6.0 runtime (dxmedia.exe) and then queue 
  28. this patch for installation using the following command line. 
  29.  
  30.    dxm6ptch /c:"isv.inf" /Q:A
  31.  
  32. The patch takes effect after the system has been restarted.
  33.  
  34. If you require end-users to manually install the patch, no command 
  35. line switches should be used.
  36.
