- How to connect FTP-server?
-
- Most FTP sites require a username and password to upload or download
- files to their servers. However, many public FTP archives will let you log on
- anonymously to access their files (provided you're uploading or
- downloading files in a public-access directory, of course). Using
- anonymous FTP is simple: once you connect to a site and you're queried
- for a password, just enter anonymous in the user ID field, and
- your full e.mail address as the password.
-
- Use connect button or menu item to connect to FTP Site.
-
- 1) Enter FTP Server Name (for example: ftp.microsoft.com)
- 2) Enter Username (for example: anonymous)
- 3) Enter Password (for example: your Email)
-
- Disconnect
- Use this command to disconnect from the current FTP Site.
-
- Stop transfer
- Use this command to interrupt current file transfer for connected FTP Site.
