  22. The following features are designed to make everyday use of FTP fast

  27. to frequently used FTP sites.
  28. * Display and browse files and folders on both the local system 
  29. and the FTP site.

  32. * Perform multiple file transfers.

  40. How to connect FTP-server?
  41.  
  42. Most FTP sites require a username and password to upload or download
  43. files to their servers. However, many public FTP archives will let you log on
  44. anonymously to access their files (provided you're uploading or
  45. downloading files in a public-access directory, of course). Using
  46. anonymous FTP is simple: once you connect to a site and you're queried
  47. for a password, just enter anonymous in the user ID field, and
  48. your full e.mail address as the password.

  50. Use connect button or menu item to connect to FTP Site.

  52. 1) Enter FTP Server Name (for example: ftp.microsoft.com)
  53. 2) Enter Username (for example: anonymous)
  54. 3) Enter Password (for example: your Email)

  57. Use this command to disconnect from the current FTP Site.

  60. Use this command to interrupt current file transfer for connected FTP Site.

  71. New Directory
  72. It allows you to create a folder inside the selected folder.

  74. Remove Directory
  75. The Remove command allows you to remove folders from the FTP Server. 
  76. To use, select the  folders you want to delete, then select this option. 
  77. You will be prompted as to whether or not you're sure you want to delete. 
  78. If you answer yes, the  folders are removed from the server.
  79. If you're removing a folder or folders, the files and folders contained 
  80. within the folder are also removed.  
  81. This command is an easy way to remove lots of data from an FTP server,
  82. so use with care.

  85. The delete command allows you to remove files from the FTP Server. 
  86. To use, select the files  you want to delete, then select this option.
  87. You will be prompted as to whether or not you're sure you want to delete.
  88. If you answer yes, the files are removed from the server.

  91. The rename command allows you to change the name of a file. 
  92. This option is available only when a file is selected. 
  93. When selected, this option creates an edit box around the selection 
  94. allowing the name to be changed.
