  5.     Please read the following lines carefully before using this software.
  6. If you disagree with any of the following, you are not allowed to use this
  7. program. You MUST then delete it immediately.

  9. Shareware-version

  11.     You have the right to test this program for a period of one month.
  12. You are allowed to copy this Shareware-version (and ONLY the Shareware
  13. version) and give it to any other person, as long as it is not modified in
  14. any way. Under modifications is understood the changing, adding or removing
  15. of any files of this package without the author's written permission. You are
  16. allowed to pack the Shareware version of this program together with a
  17. commercial program or a book. Shareware dealers are allowed to sell the
  18. Shareware version for a small fee (around US$ 5). You are encouraged to put
  19. this program on as many BBS systems as possible. The distribution on CD-ROM
  20. is also permitted, as long as the original files are not changed in any way.
  21. Please contact us if you want to distribute the program with a different
  22. installation program, changed files etc.

  24.     Use of this software after the trial period of one month is in
  25. violation of international Copyright law! It is also unfair to the author,
  26. who has spent hundreds of hours developing this program.

  28. Registration

  30.     This program is neither freeware nor public domain. Use after the 30
  31. day trial period requires registration. The registration fee is only US$ 21
  32. for a personal licence. See How to register for details on registration and
  33. support.

  35. Registered version (personal licence)
  36.  
  37.     The registered version may be installed on as many computers as
  38. desired, as long as it is ONLY running on one at any one time (I.e. one
  39. installation at home and one at the office used by the same person). The
  40. usage by multiple people at the same time (on multiple computers) requires
  41. additional licences(See Help File).

  43. Additional licences (multi-user licences)
  44.  
  45.     Additional licences allow an institution, company or school to
  46. install the program on multiple computers or on a server. It must be
  47. guaranteed that the program does not run on more machines at the same time
  48. than there are licences purchased. All licences are issued to the same
  49. (company) name, which appears in the program's title bar. Additional licences
  50. cost US$ 19 -  for the 2nd to 9th licence, etc. (see Help File for details).
  51. For larger amounts than 1000 please contact us. Each additional licence also
  52. allows a single user to use the program at home.

  56.     We try to keep our software as bug-free as possible. But it's a
  57. general rule (Murphy's), that no software ever is error free, and the number
  58. of errors increases with the complexity of the program. That's why we cannot
  59. guarantee that this software will run in every environment, on any Windows
  60. compatible machine, together with any other application, without producing
  61. errors. Any liability for damage of any sort is hereby denied. In any case,
  62. the liability is limited to the registration fee.

  65. the safety of your data. Should you detect errors before registration, you
  66. accept them if you register. Any description of bugs will be accepted, but
  67. we cannot guarantee that we will be able to correct them.
