  10. If you have Netscape 2.0 or later you can use this URL for uploading:

  14. When the connection is made to our ftp server your web browser will ask
  15. for the password.  A password is needed to log in.

  17. After you have succeeded in logging in you should see the directory
  18. listing of the incoming files area, which will appear to be in the "/"
  19. (the root) directory.  Click your mouse on File/Upload.  Netscape will
  20. ask you for the filename you wish to upload.  You can use the browse
  21. option to highlight your file.  When you click on it the upload will
  22. begin.
