  2. <menuhelp>
  3.  AlacartE (TM) -  is a user configurable  menu  system.
  4.  <F2>  is a hot key  that switches to/from SET-UP mode.
  5.  <Shift><Esc> blanks the screen.   Any key restores it.
  6.  Use the mouse to drag and drop, or point and click.
  7.  
  8.  The horizontal menu may contain up to  NINE categories
  9.  each calling up to TEN different "commands",  that are
  10.  preset and called via pull-down vertical menus.
  11.  "Commands" are any DOS internals  eg. DIR, COPY, etc.,
  12.  or executable files, .COM, .EXE,  or .BAT batch files.
  13.  Shell to DOS,  a DOS command window,  either part  or
  14.  full may optionally be configured.
  15.  A secondary menu may optionally be invoked from a pre-
  16.  configured menu thus accessing unlimited options.

  18.  The ALASETUP  utility  may be  removed from the disk,
  19.  thus providing to the user a secure unchangeable menu.

  23.  Terminate MENU program and return to DOS prompt.
