  21.      Individual License:  Enclosed is $30 to purchase CMFiler. I understand
  22.      I will receive by mail a copy of the latest registered edition
  23.      of CMFiler, a bound user's manual and a bonus shareware collection.
  24.      I may buy upgrades at any time for $3. I will receive user support by mail
  25.      for at least one year.

  27.      Extension of Individual to Site License:  Also enclosed is $_____ for
  28.      _____ additional complete copies of CMFiler at $15 per copy, and/or

  31.      individual license to my workplace or schoolplace site based on a good-
  32.      faith estimate of the total number of users afforded access to CMFiler as
  33.      a workplace/schoolplace resource.  I will inform site users that this
  34.      license does not extend to their use of CMFiler outside the
  35.      workplace/schoolplace environment, and that they must purchase separately
  36.      if they wish to use CMFiler elsewhere.

  39.      buyer refers to me as the source of his/her evaluation copy of
