  2. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR MICROSOFT SOFTWARE

  4. IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY: This Microsoft End-User License Agreement 
  5. (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) 
  6. and Microsoft Corporation for the Microsoft software product identified above, 
  7. which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed 
  8. materials, and online or electronic documentation (SOFTWARE PRODUCT or 
  9. SOFTWARE). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE 
  10. PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to 
  11. the terms of this EULA, you may not use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  13. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
  14. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties,
  15. as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. 
  16. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
  17.  
  18. 1.    GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
  19.     Software. You may install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on one (1) computer only for
  20.         a period of sixty (60) days from the date of installation.
  21.  
  22. 2.    DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. 
  23.     Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. You may not reverse
  24.         engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent
  25.         that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this
  26.         limitation.
  27.     Separation of Components. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its 
  28.         component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
  29.     Rental. You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. 
  30.     Software Transfer. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA,
  31.         provided you retain no copies, you transfer all of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including 
  32.         all component parts, the media and printed materials, any upgrades, this EULA, and,
  33.         if applicable, the Certificate of Authenticity), and the recipient agrees to the terms
  34.         of this EULA.
  35.     Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Microsoft may terminate this EULA
  36.         if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you
  37.         must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

  39. 3.    COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not
  40.         limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and applets
  41.         incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any
  42.         copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by Microsoft or its suppliers. The SOFTWARE
  43.         PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore,
  44.         you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material. You may not 
  45.         copy the printed materials accompanying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  47. 4.    U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and documentation are provided
  48.         with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to 
  49.         restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data 
  50.         and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of
  51.         the Commercial Computer Software Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.

  54. MISCELLANEOUS
  55. If you acquired this product in the United States, this EULA is governed by the laws of the 
  56. State of Washington. 
  57. If this product was acquired outside the United States, then local law may apply.

  62. LIMITED WARRANTY
  63. NO WARRANTIES. Microsoft expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The 
  64. SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided as is without warranty of any kind, 
  65. either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or 
  66. merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising
  67. out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.

  69. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES. In no event shall Microsoft or its suppliers be liable for any damages 
  70. whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business
  71. interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the 
  72. use of or inability to use this Microsoft product, even if Microsoft has been advised of the 
  73. possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or 
  74. limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not 
  75. apply to you.
