ASS Maker writes for you a Java Script that you can Copy and Paste into your Home Page in the place of the 'mailto:' tags. ASS Maker disguises the 'mailto:' tags and your address in several parameters of a Java Script E-mail link. When a visitor of your Home Page clicks that link, the script launches the visitor default E-mail program with your original address in the 'To:' field, but the spammers bots and spiders can't see it!

USAGE (BASIC INSTRUCTIONS - Full HELP available from inside the program)
ASS Maker can generate 3 types of E-mail links: Text (TX), Graphic (GR) or Button (BT) and all you have to do is to follow these steps:
1 - Enter [User Name], [Domain 1] and [Domain 2].
Example:

com (without the dot!)
2 - Verify in the E-mail Address box that the final address is correct. Any change made in the enter fields will update the address in this box. When your E-mail address is correct in the box, go to step 3.
3 - Choose TX (Text), GR (Graphic) or BT (Button) link type.
4 - Change Link # only if you want to put more than 1 GR, BT or both in the same page (max. 10). For each GR or BT E-mail link there must be a different Link # (0 to 9).This parameter doesn't matter if you're using the TX link type.
5 - If you want, change the text that will appear as the TX link, the GR alt graphic or the BT button caption (default is 'E-mail').
6 - Click the Make button to generate the Java Script (and some HTML code if using GR or BT).
7 - Click anywhere in the script to Copy it to the Clipboard.
ASS Maker will minimize itself so that you can Paste the code from the Clipboard to your HTML file. Don't close ASS Maker before you Paste the script or you will Paste nothing.
NOTES
You can put how many TX (text) links you want in your page, but BT (button) and GR (graphic) are limited to 10 per page and you must assign a different Link # to each different E-mail address.
If you are going to use the GR format, don't forget to send a copy of the file mailto.gif to the same server directory where your page is hosted.
BROWSER COMPATIBILITY
The scripts produced with ASS Maker were not tested with all existing browsers and versions, but they will work with most of them.
Test the scripts with different browser before you drop them in your site.
INSTALL / UNINSTALL
Run SETUP.EXE and ASS Maker will be installed. To uninstall go to
Start/Programs/ASS Maker and click Uninstall.
