-
- Although many of you will probably already have many/all
-
- of the enclosed fonts as they are all freely available
-
- on CDs, Aminet, and PD libraries, there will be some of you
-
- who do not have these and for you, we have supplied more than
-
- 500 of these free of charge.
-
-
- In this directory are hundreds of Type 1 fonts for use with
-
- DrawStudio. The fonts are shareware and were taken from the
-
- excellent Phase 1, 2 & 3 CDs from EM Computergraphic. Many
-
- others are available.
-
-
-
- To install the fonts for use with DrawStudio, simply use the
-
- FontManager in DrawStudio to add the required fonts and select
-
- either Save or Use.
-
-
-
- The fonts can be left on the CD but do remember, if you install a
-
- font/s from the CD for use with DrawStudio, and select Save in the
-
- Fontmanager, DrawStudio will ask for the DrawStudio CD whenever you
-
- run DrawStudio. This is because, the path to the font is saved in a
-
- file called Fontlist.
-
-
- This file can be deleted if you wish to start afresh. As soon as
-
- you select Save in DrawStudio's Fontmanager, the Fontlist file will
-
- be created.
-
-
-
- We recommend you install onto your hard drive, the fonts you use
-
- regularly so the fonts are always available to DrawStudio. To install
-
- the fonts onto your hard drive, simply drag the font onto your hard
-
- drive or use a file manager. They can be on multiple drives if
-
- required.
-
-
-
- The font files have no icons attached although the drawers do. This
-
- will help you use Workbench to copy files from the CD to your hard
-
- drive.
-
-
-
- If you wish to get a printed reference source for the fonts,
-
- LH Publishing has a reference book containing a listing of these
-
- fonts. The book is £9.99.
-
-
-
- If you still can't find the font you need, we recommend getting PC
-
- CD's with Type 1 fonts. There are many program CDs (like Corel Draw)
-
- and speciality CDs containing Type 1 fonts.
-
-
-
- A final point. Many of the fonts on the CD are shareware and
-
- information on this and much more is contained within readme files
-
- in the fonts drawer.
-
-
-
- DISCLAIMER: The fonts on this CD have been taken from an already
-
- available commercial CD series. The fonts contain no readme files
-
- detailing distribution rights and so have been placed on this CD
-
- for those who do not already have them. LH Publishing makes no claim
-
- to the ownership of trademarks or copyrights of the individual
-
- fonts on this CD. We have made our best efforts to ensure that all
-
- the fonts on this CD are freely distributable and have complied
