Well, we'll try. Games are just about the most demanding thing you can run on a PC, and PCs are inherently unreliable because they're almost all different, and both the software and the hardware you've installed can affect your PC's ability to run things. Officially we only provide support for installing the software on this disc - if that works, the disc is okay, so it's then for the game's publisher or developer to provide technical support. Click the Website link on the demo's page in this interface and find the tech support link from there. Also look for a forum link - the games community are a helpful lot, and often common issues and their solutions will be posted there. If not, you can always post there yourself and ask for help.
