  12.  DoomTex converts all of the textures from DOOM I or DOOM II
  13.  into the Wad2 format used by QuakeDM and other Quake level
  14.  editors.  It makes a file called DOOMTEX.WAD

  22.  The textures in DOOM and DOOM II remain the property of
  23.  id Software.  You MAY NOT DISTRIBUTE the resulting DOOMTEX.WAD
  24.  file, just as you may not distribute DOOM or DOOM II.  The
  25.  textures you convert are for your own personal use.  If someone
  26.  else needs them, distribute DoomTex instead and they can
  27.  convert the textures for themselves.

  29.  The author of DoomTex takes absolutly no responsibility
  30.  whatsoever for this program.  You use it at your own risk and
  31.  must bear the consequences of using it.  If you do not like
  32.  this, delete the program NOW.

  35. ╞══ CONVERSION OPTIONS ════════════════════════════════════════╡

  37.  To use DoomTex, simply copy it into your DOOM or DOOM2
  38.  directory and then run it.
  39.  
  40.  If run without any parameters (default), DoomTex will generate
  41.  DOOMTEX.WAD, containing the textures.  They will be MIP-mapped
  42.  roughly, which means the quality will be approximatly the same
  43.  as in DOOM.

  45.  If run with the  -q  parameter, DoomTex will perform detailed
  46.  MIP-mapping on the textures at the expense of a long wait --
  47.  up to 30 minutes on older computers.  THIS OPTION HAS BEEN
  48.  DISABLED IN VERSION 1.00.
