  5. Quest Public Beta 1.092 (or any private betas made prior to it)
  6. cannot be sold or packaged (this includes but is not limited 
  7. to the oh-so-popular compilation CD's) in any way, partial or 
  8. complete, without written permission from its two authors, Trey
  9. Harrison and Chris Carollo.

  11. Any distribution of data created or modified with Quest 
  12. Public Beta 1.092 (or any private betas made prior to it) will fully 
  13. comply with the distribution policies of id software.
